Warranty & Support
10 years: Structure, aluminum frame, powder coating, drainage. 5 years: Motors, electronics, sensors, remotes. Covers manufacturing defects and material failures. Does NOT cover: user damage, extreme weather beyond ratings, unauthorized modifications.
Excluded: Accidental damage, neglect, improper use, natural disasters exceeding specifications, wear from lack of maintenance, unauthorized repairs, cosmetic scratches from use. We’re fair – genuine issues are covered fully.
24-48 hours in UAE/major EU cities. We stock motors locally. Technician diagnoses remotely first. If motor replacement needed, scheduled within 2 days. Labor included under warranty.
