Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy
- Before production: Deposit refundable minus any documented costs incurred
- After production begins: 50% of total invoice value payable
- Supplier-Initiated: Force majeure delays will be communicated with new dates mutually approved
Delivery & Installation Conditions
- Site access must be clear and level for delivery vehicles and installation equipment
- Buyer must ensure electricity supply is available near the pergola installation area
- All necessary permits and approvals are the Buyer's responsibility
- Additional charges may apply for delays caused by site-related complications
Special Conditions
- Goods remain the property of Smartsale LLC until fully paid
- Warranty coverage activates only after full payment is received
- Any scope changes require a signed annex to this agreement
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- Mediation required prior to any escalation or legal proceedings
- This agreement is governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates
- Dubai Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes
